Bug sur certains fichiers

Bonjour,

Merci d'avance !

When was the last time you rebooted that Mac? Maybe now would be a good idea? Yes, Macs need to be rebooted.

And then also incase RAM is scarce, maybe do not run other apps besides Illustrator. Above all: not a browser.

Hello @cécilel29047430,

@eaubin0510

It seems like you're experiencing performance issues with Illustrator when working with certain files, particularly those with Oris files from Adobe Stock or Freepik. The slowdown and lag you're encountering, especially during actions like moving elements, can be frustrating.

Here are a few suggestions to address this issue:

  • Check File Size: Large file sizes, especially those with high-resolution images or complex vector elements, can slow down performance. Check the file size and consider optimizing or reducing it if possible.

  • System Resources: Ensure your Mac has sufficient resources (RAM, CPU, etc.) available for Illustrator to operate smoothly. Close unnecessary applications that are running in the background.

If the issue persists, you may want to provide more details about the specific Illustrator version you're using, the size of the problematic files and share the file with us for further investigation.

Best,

Anshul Saini
