[BUG] Two versions of illustrator simultaneously are not opening??

Let's say I have 2 documents x and y and 2 versions of illustrator 2023 and 2022 installed on CC, I tried open doc x at version 2023 it gets opened and than y doc at 2022 it is opening that too on 2023 not at 2022 and vice-versa is also there...?

Without any system info and other details we can't really tell you much. I only know of such weird behavior on Macs due to how it handles certain stuff, but yopu may be able to override it by changing the application settings. On Windows you should not have any issues.
