Bug whit Menu tools

In new version of Illustrator, 2024, when I work a few hours, some menù dosen't function.

For example I need to change point a some text: the menù tools not work then I open the Window for caracters and in this i can cange the measures.

Same thing happen if I want cange the measures of a box: menù tools not work and I can open the window Transform and change in this.

Why this happens? Can you have idea that this happens?

I work, in Italy, with Illustrator for many years ... since when dismiss freehand,, and I like this program.

In these last years the program can update very well but there is some many function that are missed again.

The possibility to change enlargement percentage It would be a great success, indeed a good way to improve the program. We wait this for many time.
