Bullet Points Converted to Outlines Vanishing serious issue

First of all the bullet points in Illustrator are so poorly implemented that they make my eyes itch.
But today's problem involves what happens when text boxes that use bullet points when converted to outlines, vanish. That's right when converting text that is using bullet points to outlines the bullet points disappear. However, when using "Flatten Transparency" they remain.
I hope there is a fix in the works because this is disrupting my workflow.

After printing, we are facing a huge loss amount

Correct answer Srishti_Bali

You can select just the text and then use Flatten transparency.

Or you can first go to Type > Bullets and Numbering > Convert to Text and then convert to outlines.

Make an action for it if you are anxious to forget it.

You can first convert the numbering to real text or just use Flatten transparency as you already found out.
