Can I disable mouse left/right to zoom in/out feature?

I can't stand this feature of zooming in and out by moving the mouse left and right.

I prefer to use my mouse wheel, or to click repeatedly.

Can I disable this? It annoys me and slows down my workflow.

Yes!

That's exactly what it was. I was searching for mouse +zoom and anything I could think of! This fixed it for me!
