Can i repeat and auto place symbols on artboard

Hi, i use symbols to make the pieces of this t-shirt pattern.

Can i set that i need ex: 10 t-shirts size S, 5 t-shirts size M and place automatically into the artboard?

Does exist a plugin for auto place elements x number of copys?

I would agree with Monika's suggestion if there were shirts labelled with just one unique name.

But apparently there are many individual names. Perhaps Illustrator variables may help in this case.
