Can I store SVG save settings as defaults?

Title says it all, but to clarify: When saving an SVG from Illustrator, I would like to store the extra options as defaults. I'm talking about the options in the image below and especially the amount of decimals.

Too often I forget to change the number of decimals when saving. Especially when "more options" is not displayed by default so it is very easy to look over it. My icon illustrations then get stored with distorted borders and ugly whitespace between some objects. They become pretty much unusable.

Can I store my settings as default so whenever I save an SVG, these settings will automatically apply and illustrations will always get saved correctly?
