Can Illustrator Create this Logo

Hi

I am new to Illustrator CC 2019

I have attached an image of a Logo. Can this image be created using Illustrator and saved so i can insert in a CAD model as a Decal?

I require all parts of the image except the grey background

If yes, could someone suggest a suitable tutorial

    Can i save the file as a .jpeg without losing any of the effects?

    Could i scale the size without losing quality?

    You can save this as a JPEG without an issue.

    It can be scaled down then, but not up.

    If it can be imported into your CAD software ... I don't know.

    This can be done in Illustrator.

    You just need to read the documentation about how to use the shape tools, gradients and text.

    Do you want to insert it into a CAD application?

      You can export DWG/DXF from Illustrator, but I'm not sure if the gradient will survive an export.
