Thanks for reaching out. As everyone suggested, would you mind ignoring or replacing the linked file to see if that helps?

If you are getting this error every time you open the file, then would you mind confirming the location of the Ai document & linked files currently stored (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?

Everything you need to know is right there in the warning panel. What about it do you not understand?

What happens when you click on Ignore? You can replace or relink the file later by going to the Links panel.

It pretty much means what it says. You have to replace the linked image or just ignore it. Anything more than that basic assessment would require a better explanation and more info on the file in question, your system and so on.
