Can not find Middle Eastern & South Asian Single-line composer on my Ai

The composers that are available depend on what you have selected in Preferences / Type, Language Options.

My demo below is in the US English version of Illustrator.

You can see that Middle Eastern and South Asian are available if you have enabled Show Indic Options.

Did you install the right application?
