Can not open example plugins' panel in illustrator 2020 SDK

Any other example plugin functions well but those creating a customized panel or Flash/FlexUI. I clicked the desired button for those plugins but nothing happened.

I'm using macOS 10.15.7 on my mac book pro with illustrator version 24.3. It seems that no error happened when compling these plugins after changing the build settings as xcode recommended.
