can not open illustrator 2020 in Mac

I have tried deleted the program and reset.

It doesn't work.

 

Even I can not open the app.

There is no way to open them.

The other programs work well.

 

 

Please help.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We'll be happy to help. Would you mind sharing version of OS & Illustrator?

You may try resetting preferences. Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

If it does not help, please try removing the app using Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and install the app again. Let us know how it goes.
