Question

Can see transparency

In Photoshop, I take the background out of an image, save it as a transparent png. Then I place the item over a black shape in Illustrator and when it's printed, the transparent background is shinier than the black and you can see the BOX it was in. I've tried saving it different ways and nothing is working. Ideas? Below is the printing.

Thank you Monika! I can't do step 2. My options are greyed out. It looks like I need to install a Post Script Printer Driver FROM Adobe? Although I can't find out how to do that on a windows machine for Illustrator. I could only find mac instructions for In Design. Any thoughts?
