It's a vector file (EPS) downloaded from Shutterstock, saved in Google Drive Cloud.

So, I tried the CPU view, and it seems the problem has been solved for now.

Can you guess what it's happening?

That points to issues with rendering some things.

Can you select one of these objects and search them in the Layers panel?

And then also please show the outline view.

Might be an effect, but that is unlikely. Maybe there are just a lot of objects.
