Can't change font in Illustrator

An Internet video shows me how to change font preference in Illustrator, but I can't find 'BasicRGB.ai' in application data.  I'd be grateful if someone will show me where it is.  I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I could not locate the theme in earlier messages.

Hello, I am having trouble changing my default font and it doesn't say in this article how to do it and make sure of that.

Thank you so much for your fast response. I tried that but the files were read-only with no authorization to save them. tried saving them in different location and restarting the appliaction and the laptop itself and still didn't work.

If you still cannot write to that folder, you might need to log in as a different user that has more privileges.
