Can't click anything on Adobe Illustrator

Hello, I am writing regarding an Adobe Illustrator problem. I have a 256GB 10th generation iPad, yesterday I downloaded the program and it does not work. The screen is buggy, you can't click on anything, even though the iPad runs smoothly. The app opens but doesn't work completely. Another program, Adobe Photoshop runs smoothly, without any problems, only problem is with Illustrator. I have tried everything. What can I do?

    The latest iPad OS might not be fully compatible. On top of that when using the Apple Pencil, turn off the Pencil Effects in the system settings.

      p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
