Can't Delete or Move CC Folder

I can't delete this folder called "Southridge". I made it over a year ago and tried to move it into the "LTI jobs" folder but it won't move or delete. Its been this way for a year and I've tried several times over the year.

It does not show in the CC desktop app or website https://www.adobe.com/files

It only shows up on the indesign and photoshop apps, but not the illustrator app.
