Can't drag objects

Hello,

The only ways I can select the shape are for me to click on it on the Layers window, or clicking on its thin stroke, not by my clicking on the fill. It's really weird. Beyond that I can't drag any paths. This is really weird.

I've closed and opened the document a few times, but it makes no difference. Is there a setting in the Preferences I that maybe unchecked, etc.?
