Can't find aires.dll. Please re-install application.

In trying to install Ai, I get the following error

The dll file is clearly in the install folder so I don't seem to know what the problem could be. 

I'm using W10 with the following specs on my rig

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program but that does no good. Can anyone help please?
