Can't install earlier version of Illustrator(2021)

I have 2 Imacs, both with Mojave. One I use all the time to make art with photoshop and illustrator 2021 at work. I decided that I wanted to make something on my home computer and was able to update photoshop to the 2021 version(previously the 2018 version). 

However, illustrator in the cloud app did not give me the "other versions" option and the 2018 version would not open. So I tried uninstalling illustrator. Now I am unable to install Illustrator at all because it only offers the latest version on both the app and the site. This is peculiar as Illustrator 2021 works just fine on my work computer that, again, also uses Mojave. 

I know it is only a matter of time before I have to update to Catalina, but I like to stall as when I installed Mjoave my Wacom tablet stopped working.
