Can’t install Illustrator

Hello! I downloaded Illustrator and started free 7 days trial, but program was working super slow, so I updated windows and now Illustrator can’t be installed, what should I do. I already lost 5 days of the trial

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove Illustrator and then reinstall using the Creative Cloud Desktop app (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-creative-cloud-apps.html) to check if it helps.
