Can't load Image Trace

New update to Illustrator doesn't load Image Trace, when I click to advance the option flickers stays blank, it doesn't load and everything is painfully slow. Help?

Did you try to drag the panel on its own (not in a group or from the properties panel)?

Hello!

Yes! I tried to drag it from the main menu thing but it wouldn't move, it was like it was locked.I even closed out of the program to restart it and it would lag for a bit but whenever I tried going to advance options it just would go blank and lock.

Image Trace has some problems in this version. You can go back to a previous version like 27.5 or earlier

In the CC app go to Apps > All Apps

Next to Illustrator you will see 3 dots

Click and select Other Versions

You can Uninstall Illustrator and install the previous version or leave the current Illustrator installed and install an additional previous version.

There are no options at all in the Image Trace panel? That has been reported by some people.

Or are there options and only Advanced stays empty?
