Can't make a proportional shapes

Yesterday I was clicking around randomly and my shape tool cursor suddenly becomes like this:

Now everytime I tried make a shape, the shape will be skewed and won't be proportional... What tools am I enabling? And how do I turn it off?

that's an indicator that you're drawing on the perspective grid. go to view > perspective grid > hide grid
