Can't open a cloud file Illustrator

Question

I'm trying to open a cloud document, it gives me this message. Document contains incompatible objects) This cloud document contains objects that are not compatible with the current Illustrator version. To open this document, use the version with which the document has been created. I've tried re-installing an older version of illustrator, updating it to the newest version, downloading the file directly from cloud (says it can't download it) and copying the file and opening it, nothing works. Yesterday it worked normally and then suddenly it stopped. p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
