Can't Open Illustrator 2024 under Monterey 12.7.1

I have problems opening Illustrator just recently. AI 24 ran perfectly fine but since today it isnt even opening properly. updated, downdated to 23, nothing is working. any ideas community?

Which system is it?

Did you reboot the system and reset the preferences?

Did you install anything?

Do you have a Wacom?

Thx for the answer. Yes, i have a wacom but didnt change any of the setting there, Rebooted a couple of times, updated the system to the latest (Monterey 12.7.1) then, downgraded illustrator to 2023 version via CC and nothing helps. But i also have a problem with my macbook since the batterie is dead and it is only running on the power adapter. but nor sure if thats the problem, indesign and photoshop 24 run fine (even when CC is saying i need a new computer). Illustrator tends to start but doesnt build up. if the program is closed and i start just the program its a dark grey screen with just the bar on top. if i start it via opening a illustrator file a lil bit more is happeing but everything needs ages. Not sure what that implicates. I think i reinstall it. or is there any other way?

Please contact Customer Care and have them take a look at it.

I can run Illustrator on Monterey just fine.
