can't open illustrator

When I try open Illustrator version 26.0.1 or version 25.4.1, I can't see anything. according to windows task manger the program is running but nothing is showing up on my screen or taskbar. I have try uninstalling Illustrator but it is still not opening.

    my plan included illustrator but when I open the app asks me for payment
