Can't open illustrator after reboot

Dears,

From this morning my illustrator just can open for an unknown reason, an error message of "Could not open file".
But the problem is weird that I did not open illustrator by opening a file, I just open my illustrator from my app library but it still causing a "could not open file" error.
( The illustrator also can't be open by opening a file too, same error message. )

To my understanding, the illustrator was still working normally last Friday, Sep 2, but after a shout-down and reopening of the mac this morning (Monday Sep5), this unexpected behavior happened.

I also have open Adobe programs, Ps, Id, Pr, Ae, and Lr are all working normally, but just the Ai can't be open.

Note:
I didn't update my macOS
This morning I see the picture of the illustrator has been changing from last Friday, probably caused by the illustrator update?
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, reboot and reinstall, etc... and it still has the same error.

Privacy setting at the MacOS, the illustrator Files and Folder permissions are ticked, I tried to enable Full Disk Access but still have the same error.

Hello Samuel 3s3s3,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try resetting Illustrator's preferences manually and see if that helps resolve the issue:

• Close all Adobe applications.
• Go to the following locations
• ~/Library/Caches
• ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
• ~/Library/Preferences
• Rename Adobe Illustrator, com.adobe.illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 26 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old, com.adobe.illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator 26 Settings.old
• Launch Illustrator from the Creative Cloud.

Note: Location starting with this "~" sign indicates the User Library, which is hidden. So, you need to copy & paste the exact path in spotlight search or from Finder Menu > Go > Go to Folder > Paste the location in the dialog box like this:

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is mentioned above.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Update 2:
I have updated the MacOs to Monterey (12.5.1 (21G83) ) but it is still having the "Could not open file" error.

Update :
switch back to illustrator 25.4.8 is working, and I have tried all 26.x versions but sadly it is all having the same error.

But last Friday with the 26.x everything was fine. Just don't know why today is not working.
