Can't open Illustrator and keep no responding

It's kind of urgent and need help.... I can't open or create any file in Illustrator which keep no responding....

We are sorry for the trouble. Many macOS users in recent months have reported this issue, and it has been discovered the issue is with font cache & corrupt fonts.

 

I would suggest you try validating fonts and clearing the system font cache. Steps are shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-illustrator-indesign.html).
