can't open illustrator, intel display not updated?

I was just working on illustrator and when i closed and opened it it doesn't work. i get this notification.

when windows update it, it will update to this

so i update it by downloading it from the intel site to this;

but when i restart my laptop and open illustrator i only see a white screen of the starting screen. and i can not click anything.

i tried to instal en re instal illustrator multiple times, but it does not work.

i also updated the NVIDA to this:

but it also doesn't work. can somebody help me?
