We are getting an error message when we are loading our .aip file on Adobe Illustrator that says: "Can't open the illustration. The file is locked or in use." ID:-54 (pictured below)

We are still facing the same problem and we are not able to use our plugin file .aip on Adobe Illustrator so can any one from the community side give the reply on the same?

Have you asked this question on thr SDK forum? You may get a better response there..

.aip is used for extensions and add-ons in Illustrator. It's not a normal AI file or illustration.

My question is very simple- suppose we have created a sample plugin with some basic features on xcode platform and we want see the output on adobe illustrator than how we can open .aip plugin file on AI?
