Can't report a bug because the bug report button doesn't work

Trying to submit a bug in Illustrator.

Clicked on Submit Bug/Feature Request in the Help menu of Illustrator, filled it all out, clicked the Post Idea button. Nothing happens.

Can't report a bug because the bug report button doesn't work.

Mac OS 26.0
Safari 26.1
Illustrator 30.0

You can just go to illustrator.uservoice.com

create an account on that site (or log in)

Then submit your report.

Thanks for the response Monika but that's where I was as you can see in the attached video. My problem is that I can't report any bugs because I can't get the post button on illustrator.uservoice.com to work.

Hello @richard_6775,

Could you try accessing the UserVoice site using a different web browser or in an incognito window to see if it helps? Also disable any ad-blocking extensions (if enabled) and share your observations.
