can't save in AI or open my Ai document

Hello, Since 2 days I can't save my document in .ai and I can't open my ai file too.
I tried to change from ai to pdf with Acrobat or Illustrator but it's not working.
What can I do to open my file ?

The latest Windows update messed with the printer drivers.

Illustrator is super annoyed when it cannot find a printer whenever it searches for one.

It searches for a printer when you open or save a file.

Microsoft seems to be aware of the problem, but I'm not aware of a fix. There might have been something on the forums, but I missed it. This thread has some more info: https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/illustrator-25-2-1-crashing-windows-10/m-p/11898001#M267772

If you currently have a printer connected, try and disconnect it. If you currently have a PDF printer set up, try and reset it.
