Can't save or open ai project

I can't open my ai project without any notification but keep loading endlessly.

Even I delete the app and restore it again it still does not help.

My version is CC 2018 and using macOS 10.13.6

Where is the file located?

Is a printer connected, set up as the default printer and turned on?
