Can't save to 2023 version, only 2020

I have the 2023 version of illustrator but I can only save files to the 2020 version. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app

That is the version of the file format and that does not (always) change with the version of the application.

It's not a bug. All versions since 2020 just show that option.
