can't save to cloud manually

usually when i hit save it would show me the option to either save on my computer or on the cloud, it suddenly stopped appearing and just goes directly to the files box for me to save on my computer. how do i fix this? could i have possibly check "don't ask me again" by accident? is there any way to get it back?

There should be an option in the first save document dialog to save in the Cloud instead.

To get those options back, open Preferences > General and reset the warning dialogs.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Monika's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/3xNC6Bm) to check if it helps.

 

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders if you want to. The location is mentioned above.
