Can't Save. Unknown error.

Please please PLEASE fix this error ASAP. I don't have time to go through countless forum posts to see what's up. I'd prefer to not throw my laptop out the window (although it's tempting). Perhaps I'll even make this deadline which I'm pretty much in the shitter with already. If you fix this for me I will come to your office in Seattle (if you're in Seattle) and bring you a latte. (Ladro not Starbucks).
