Can you actually edit the text in .ai(Illustrator) templates?

I downloaded the attached template from Adobe Stock but there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the text...is the only option to replace the text (which are individual objects via layers) with new ones? If so how would I get the propper font packadge to keep the look?

(I'm not sure why Adobe stock would have a templat with demo text you cant edit or at least have the font packadge with the image files...)

Any thoughts on how I would edit the content here?

Usually the Stock contributors rules forbid to include any editable text.

This is a reason for rejecting files.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. The text in the attached files is outlined, and it can no longer be edited. Sometimes, the contributor/ designer includes a text file with the font names used in the design or includes fonts in the zip file. So, you can download and install them from the links provided. If not, you can use a third-party website for finding fonts:

https://www.fontsquirrel.com/matcherator
http://www.identifont.com/
https://new.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
https://www.whatfontis.com/

I hope it helps.
