Cannot cancel illustrator monthly subscription

I want to cancel my monthly illustrator subscription but when I go to edit plan there is no "cancel plan" option. There is an error message in payment details saying:

Payment method: Visa ending in ****(I have deleted the actual numbers for safety reasons)

There is an issue with your payment details.

Though I have the same credit card paying for the photography plan and it works fine. Also on there invoice they it shows that they have charged me without any issue. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have the same problem! I need to cancel my subscription to Illustrator CC now and there is no way to do it on "edit plan". Please help me I don't need the subscription anymore.

Probably you want to cancel before your subscription has ended.

I also need help with canceling my subscription! There’s no way to directly contact the “support staff” and there is no “cancel plan“ option in The manage plan either!

Please help me- my reason for ending my subscription is that I only needed to use it for one project after my trial period ended.

I look forward to a helpful response!
