Cannot find twirl tool

I am having trouble finding the twirl tool. I noticed the width tool does not have an arrow in the corner I right click it, control click it, but nothing happens. Was wondering if anyone knew how to get access to the twirl tool

    In the image you can see there is no arrow to expand menu for width tool. Would  greatly appreciate any help thanks!
