Cannot vectorize pattern

I am trying to vectorize my pattern but it ended looking so bad. Can anybody help me.

Is that the actual size of the image you have? Are you trying to use Image Trace?

The resolution is too low to produce a decent outcome.

Yes , it is a scan image . I tried image trace but it went very bad .
