Cant open a new document in Illustrator CC 2017

Since today I have Illustrator and can not use it unfortunately.

If I want to create a new document I only see this windo

Adobe Support could not help me.

Das könnte ein Problem mit Avast Antivirus sein.

Wenn es nichts bringt, das zu deinstallieren:

Voreinstellungen > Allgemein: "Gewohnte Benutzeroberfläche "Datei neu" verwenden"

Ich habe Avast, ja. Meinst du ich solle Avast deinstallieren oder schlägst du was anderes vor?

Avast muss runter, weil es noch weitere Probleme mit Illustrator macht.
