Cant open .ai files from adobe stock on illustrator ipad

I have no idea of what's happening... It doesn't even give me an error message when I try to open a file from my stock library, it just doesn't open it. When I try to import the same file from the desktop it says simply "can't open file". It's very frustrating. The video shows exactly how it happens

Did you ever find a solution or answer? I'm using the new Adobe Illustrator for Web and encountering the same issue! I've never had a problem in the desktop app.

The file might just be too complex to handle for Illustrator on the web.

What file format is it? An EPS? Try and save it as an AI file first.
