cant save to creative cloud

I have not been able to save to creative cloud or open a creative cloud file from the illustrator app for a couple weeks now. Anytime i try it just goes to this page and never finishes loading. I can open my files from the cloud app but that doesnt help me with saving my files. I’ve just been saving to my desktop for now but would love if this worked. Yes i’ve restarted the app and tried again as well as restarted my computer.

    Hello @Rachel38744444mgd4,

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

    - Close all Adobe applications.

    - Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

    (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

    - Relaunch Illustrator
