CC Library assets disappearing

Hi all,

I know this has previously been discussed however I can't find a solution to the problem . . .

I've used CC libraries regularly for years and over the past few weeks, they're disappearing a couple of hours after creating them or editing an existing asset.

Theyshowing their preview, they're useable for a short time & they  syncronise in the cloud but then vanish showing an empty asset.

Mac Mini M2, OS Sonoma 14.4.1,  Illustrator 28.4.1

Thanks in advance

I had the same issue. I rolled back to the older version (v28.0) and got access to my libraries.

Hey, I'm having exactly the same issue. Our IT Team can't work it out and have told me to jump on here and try and fix it myself. Can anyone help with this?

Hello @Jemma36511324tp8k,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Our team has tried fixing this in the latest version of Illustrator 28.5. Would you mind updating Illustrator to the latest version (https://adobe.ly/44UyBpj) to check if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

I am having a similar issue over past day or so... some colours show up in the library but not all... this example should have 20 colours in it!?
