CC Library disconnecting in Illustrator

Whenever my computer goes to sleep, my CC library stops opening in Illustrator only. It says I need an account to view the library and to open an account. To resolve the issue, I have to close out of the program entirely and restart Illustrator, then my library will open. This doesn't happen in InDesign or Ps. Any reason why this happening?

Hi there,

 

We are sorry for the trouble. Would you mind resetting Illustrator preferences, uninstalling the Creative Cloud using the CC cleaner tool & reinstall it again?

 

If that doesn't help, would you mind confirming the Illustrator & OS exact version? Also, please confirm when did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.
