Certain Image shakes/vibrates quickly whenever dragging another image onto it or scroll zoom out

Hi, would like to report a certain bug where'in whenever I zoom out or even try to place an image onto that specific image (specifically circled in blue/magenta/purple ... , somewhere between those colors), the specific image (in blue-purplish) shakes/ vibrates repeatedly for a short time (very small movement). Below is also a video clip on how it happens and stuff (I didn't record the part where I zoomed out). Hope someone could help on this issue.
