Just checking;  Is Penn Foster online certification for Adobe Illustrator  "authorized" by Adobe.  In other words is this a good online provider for certification.  If not can someone reccomend a provider?

    https://edex.adobe.com   suggested free courses for different apps and design chalanges and you can get Certificate at the end. I am not aware about Penn Foster.
