Changing auto save to on computer vs on iCloud

Hey there- I'm trying to have it be so that my default saving is on my external hard drive (Want to do a copy save both on the cloud and my external hard drive if I can)- tried doing this tutorial- and the option it showed in the video doesn't exist in my illustrator for some weird reason and i'm totally updated so I don't know what's up and on the latest iOS operating system.
