changing from vertical to horizontal type tool

in version 23.0.1 i cannot find the horizontal type tool in the toolbar. i just see a vertical type tool..how do i get back the horizontal tool??

. this is an issue that i am experiencing since upgrading..

Click on the 3 dots at the bottof of the toolbar. THis opens the configurator. From its panel menu you can reset the tools.
