Chinese Character Indentation Issues

Hi! I'm working on a set of flashcards for a client, and the indentation looks funky. Parenthesis are separating onto separate lines, there are huge spaces before periods sometimes, commas flow onto separate lines....

What can I do to stop this from happening? We're automating a large number of cards, and need a font that flows everything properly so we don't have to do hundreds of edits by hand after the fact.
